Grace - Saturday, March 08, 2014 | Daily Word

I MAKE ROOM FOR GOD’S GRACE.
Some days I may feel stuck in negativity. I may wallow in complaint or find my mind fixed on a certain story, belief, or plan that has me feeling troubled. In such instances, my mind has no room for divine ideas, nor is it receptive to the wisdom and inspiration of Spirit.
As I gently dismiss limiting thoughts and claim the truth of Spirit’s bountiful good, I make room for God’s grace in my life.
I recognize that abundance, vitality, and well-being are already present within me. I let go of any preconceptions of what my good should look like and embrace the fullness of God’s good as it is expressing right now. An abundant, grace-filled life is already mine.

You have stripped off the old self with its practices and have clothed yourselves with the new self.—Colossians 3:9-10

Prosperity
I AM LIVING A PROSPEROUS LIFE.
To consistently live a prosperous life, I infuse my mind with appreciation for the gifts of God. Every thought is a seed. As I plant seeds of gratitude and abundance in my consciousness, I cultivate an awareness that there is always enough. Blessings pour into my life.
I am a creative soul expressing from the current of divine substance and ideas. From this richness, I claim prosperity in every area of my life. I affirm meaningful relationships, rewarding work, physical health, and spiritual renewal.
Grateful for all I have and receive, I give with joy—sharing from the bounty of God’s good. Every day my prayer is: Thank you, God! for the outpouring of unlimited good.

Do not be afraid, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.—Luke 12:32

I AM AN EXPLORER IN A WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY.
I am enthusiastic about life and the opportunities it brings to pursue my interests, serve others, and grow in spiritual understanding.
Upon awakening each morning, I prepare myself for the day ahead. I enthusiastically say yes to what is mine to do. Applying the power of divine wisdom, I maintain balance and go at a healthy pace. I learn new skills and deepen my understanding of what interests me. I am an explorer in a world of opportunity!
My zeal for living includes helping others and being of service. I am also enthusiastic about my spiritual practice and study so that I may learn and grow for the evolution of my soul. I am passionate about life and thankful for the opportunity of each new day.

Transformation - Wednesday, March 05, 2014 | Daily Word

I AM A NEW CREATION IN CHRIST.
If I have been preoccupied with improving or transforming my image or outer appearance, I may feel an inner nudge to pay more attention to my spirit and soul. As I turn my attention inward, I remember that I am an expression of the Christ Spirit, which needs no alteration. My Christ Self—the highest expression of God in me—is all I will ever need to be.
As I let this awareness grow in me thought by thought, I begin to fully embrace its truth, and I am transformed from the inside out.
I honor the sacred perfection of the Christ in me. I am continually renewed. I am Spirit-filled!

So if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new!—2 Corinthians 5:17

Divine Order - Tuesday, March 04, 2014 | Daily Word

CHANGE OPENS THE WAY TO GREATER GOOD.
Nature moves in cycles from activity to dormancy. First comes a clearing away of the old, then a time of stillness, then new life. Seasons change in a predictable way; yet my life may not always appear so orderly. What may look like turmoil is really life transforming into a new season. What may look like inactivity is really the precursor to new growth.
As a child, I learned what to expect from spring, summer, fall, and winter. As an adult, I learn to trust the cycles of renewal in my own life. I learn from the past, release what no longer serves me, and create each new day. I appreciate the endings that lead to new beginnings, and give thanks that the goodness of God is present in every experience.

I trust in you, O Lord; I say, “You are my God.”—Psalm 31:14

Inner Light - Monday, March 03, 2014 | Daily Word

I LET MY LIGHT SHINE TO BLESS THE WORLD.
My soul longs to shine brightly; yet I may not always feel that it does. When I am angry, sad, or frustrated, I remind myself that my inner light is a divine gift that never leaves me. Emotions shift and change, but the light of God in me is constant and strong.
Jesus said, “You are the light of the world.” I magnify my inner light by discovering and expressing my gifts and talents. When I share them with others and give from my heart, my authentic self shines through.
As I give and express all that I am, I become a powerful beacon of light and love. My light shines strong and steady to bless the world.

Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.—Matthew 5:16

Release - Sunday, March 02, 2014 | Daily Word

I AM READY TO CREATE A NEW DAY!
At any time, I can release hurt or disappointment from the past. Although I cannot change what happened yesterday, I can create a new today. I turn within to pray, and I connect with the Christ of my being—the inner light that guides me. I am ready to forgive, ready to release what was or could have been, and accept what is.
I do not restrict the blessings that are unfolding in my life by harboring grudges or resentment. I recognize and accept the blessings that are mine to experience. I open myself to a new day and a new way of being.
The Christ within shows me the way to a new and beautiful life, which I am ready and willing to receive.

If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, so that where I am, there you may be also.—John 14:3
