Breakthrough
I AM OPEN AND RESPONSIVE TO INSIGHT AND INTUITION.
If I ever feel as though I’ve hit a brick wall when moving toward a goal—whether in my personal relationships, health, or career—rather than being frustrated, I regard it as a signal to take another approach. I pause for a moment and refer to my spiritual compass—the Christ of my being—for direction.
Through inner guidance, intuition, and faith, I remove any limitations I may have placed on myself. I break through to a new understanding and move forward.
When obstacles arise, I think and act from my Christ Consciousness to discover possibilities I may have never before considered. Acting on the insight I receive, I am part of the transformation that results.
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life.”—John 14:6

READ: 2 Corinthians 4:1-12
We do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for Jesus’ sake. —2 Corinthians 4:5
While serving as a maid in London, England, in the early part of the 20th century, Gladys Aylward had other dreams. Her goal was to be a missionary to China. Having been rejected by a Christian missionary organization as “unqualified,” Gladys decided to go there on her own. At the age of 28, she used her life savings to purchase a one-way ticket to Yangcheng, a remote village in China. There she established an inn for trade caravans where she shared Bible stories. Gladys served in other villages as well and became known as Ai-weh-deh,Chinese for “virtuous one.”
The apostle Paul also spread the gospel to distant regions of the world. He extended himself as a servant to meet the needs of others (2 Cor. 11:16-29). He wrote this about serving: “We do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for Jesus’ sake” (4:5).
Not all of us are called to endure hardship to spread the gospel in distant lands. But each of us is responsible as a servant of God to share Christ with people in our sphere of influence. It’s our privilege to help our neighbors, friends, and relatives. Ask God for openings to serve and to talk about Jesus who gave Himself for us. —Dennis Fisher
My life is a painting created by God,
And as such I’ve nothing to boast;
Reflecting the image of Christ to the world
Is what I desire the most. —Sper

We serve God by sharing His Word with others.

Reach Out
I REACH OUT TO LIFE, AND LIFE REACHES OUT TO ME!
When I reach out to life, life always reaches out to me. I begin by examining my thoughts and attitudes. Have I thought life was passing me by? Have I felt unneeded or unimportant? If so, I shift my thoughts. It is never too late to expand my horizons, to participate in life more fully, to look at life differently.
If I have allowed my life to become routine, or shut out new interests or friendships, I prepare to make a change. I reach out, break out of my shell, and become a vibrant life-participant. I have much to give to life, and life has much to give to me.
God’s spirit in me is always nudging me to express more love, more joy, more enthusiasm. I respond by saying yes!
Get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit!—Ezekiel 18:31

Harmony
MY GIFTS ARE AN ESSENTIAL PART OF DIVINE HARMONY.
On the day I was born, I brought a unique song into the world. It is a song only I can express—a divine manifestation. It is essential to the great oneness of us all. No puzzle is finished without all the pieces, and no melody is complete without all the notes.
If I withhold the talents that are mine to give, I create an incomplete harmony in the world. If I try to make myself a copy of someone else, I create disharmony within myself.
Spirit has blessed us all with gifts, and I celebrate mine. No one else has my smile, my laughter, my love, or my voice. As I share from Spirit, I find nothing lacking. I give freely in harmony with the good that Spirit provides for me and for us all.
To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.—1 Corinthians 12:7

Blessed
A GENEROUS HEART BLESSES ALL.
Generosity nurtures our lives like the sun’s warmth nurtures tender buds to blossom. Blessed by the sun’s generous sharing of light, a beautiful expression of realized potential bursts free from containment.
I am grateful for acts of generosity that have supported me in times of need. I have known the gift of an encouraging word or an unexpected opportunity, so I reciprocate and give to others. The more freely I give to life, the more freely life gives back to me.
In return for the kindness I have received, I express loving-kindness to others. Just as a brilliantly colored flower evokes a smile, a kindness shared spurs appreciation. The cycle continues and all are blessed.
You will be enriched in every way for your great generosity.—2 Corinthians 9:11

Comfort
DIVINE LOVE COMFORTS MY HEART AND SOUL.
The love of family, friends, and pets helps me feel cared for and supported. Beyond this, I am comforted in times of need by divine love pouring into me from the Source of life itself. I open my heart to let the love that is God fill and soothe me. I rest in the awareness that I am one with the peaceful presence of God.
I am reassured knowing that divine love enfolds and infills me. I am comforted knowing the people and animals I love are safe in God’s care and keeping. Nothing can separate us from God. Nothing can separate us from God’s love. When my heart and soul need comforting, I relax into the presence of divine love, and I am at peace.
Neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come … will be able to separate us from the love of God.–Romans 8:38-39
