Free
I AM FREE TO BE ME.
Today I step into the uniqueness of who I am, and I find freedom. I let go of comparing myself to others and stop trying to be something I am not. I relinquish any thought of waiting for my life to begin. Every creature and creation on Earth is beautiful exactly as it is—and so am I.
I am set free when I realize that as God’s creation, I am perfect and whole in this very moment. I do not need to strive for more, or change what I look like, or wait until my life meets a certain worldly standard. Everything I need is already here. I am already enough. I am loved, free and unlimited.
Freedom expands my appreciation of who I am and the boundless blessings in my life.
The flowers appear on the earth; the time of singing has come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land.—Song of Solomon 2:12

Protected
THE LIGHT OF GOD SHINES BRIGHTLY ON MY PATH. I AM SAFE AND SECURE.
God is my help in every need. I hold this truth in mind and heart. If I ever feel lost or afraid, I remember that God is a protecting presence and a guiding light on my path.
Just as the beam from a lighthouse guides ships past possible danger, the light of God guides me safely on.
While the light of God may not be visible to the naked eye, it is visible to the spiritual eye. I attune to divine light in prayer. Prayer reveals the choices to make and assures me that I am not alone. I am divinely guided and protected each step of the way.
I proceed with the assurance that God’s light goes before me, ensuring my safe progress.
Let your steadfast love and your faithfulness keep me safe forever.—Psalm 40:11

Joy
I AM BLESSED WITH NEW LIFE EACH DAY.

The birth of a child is a joyous event—a time when people celebrate the blessing of a new life. I can celebrate the joy of new life each day as I remember that I am a child of God, continually being reborn and renewed in mind, body and spirit.
As a child of God, I experience the joy of health, for I am filled with divine healing energy that infuses every cell of my body with vitality and strength. As a child of God, I experience the joy of a spiritually directed life, for I am divinely inspired to make wise choices and to follow a path to my highest good. As a child of God, I experience the joy of true prosperity, for I am blessed with all I need for a healthy, happy, abundant life. I celebrate the joy of new life today and every day.
You show me the path of life. In your presence there is fullness of joy.—Psalm 16:11

World Peace
I SET AN EXAMPLE OF PEACE IN OUR WORLD.
With 7 billion people on Earth, I wonder what I as one person can do to make the world more peaceful. The challenge may seem daunting, but I know prayer is powerful. So I pray each day to find more ways to unite, partner and work with others. Despite differing cultures and beliefs, we are one. I pray for all people to see our unity and seek positive solutions for all.
I also foster world peace by demonstrating peace in my personal life. I am calm in stressful situations. Taking charge of my thoughts, I relinquish any worry, fear or unforgiveness, remembering that with God all things are possible. I contribute to a better world as I choose to be a living example of peace.
Peace, peace, to the far and the near, says the Lord; and I will heal them.—Isaiah 57:19
