Patience
I HAVE THE TIME TO DO WHAT I NEED TO DO.
At times my patience may be tried. When I have things to do and places to go, and I am delayed, I may become frustrated. But frustration is not my only option.
I can choose instead to slow down and breathe, and to become aware of my impatience. I redirect my thinking to focus on the blessings in this moment. I know that life is much more than my to-do list; every moment is a gift and every person is doing their best.
With love and understanding, I engage with the people and situations of my life in a different way. I am patient and kind. I realize that my good is continually unfolding and that I have the time to do whatever truly needs to be done.
Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant.—1 Corinthians 13:4
