Divine Order

DIVINE ORDER IS AT WORK IN MY LIFE AND I AM GRATEFUL.

A magnificent order underlies all of creation. It is found in the macrocosm of our galaxy, as we see the placement of sun, earth and moon in perfect alignment to support life on this planet. Order is also manifest in the microcosm, as the smallest atoms of oxygen and hydrogen bond to form water vapor, water and ice. Divine intelligence is revealed in all things. God eternally creates, sustains and re-creates all that is.

Just as divine order works in nature, it also works in my life. I am at peace knowing that my good is now becoming visible. I am grateful for the divine creative process.

Who gives the sun for light by day and the fixed order of the moon and the stars for light by night. —Jeremiah 31:35

I USE THE POWER OF MY WORDS TO CO-CREATE THE LIFE I WANT TO LIVE.

In the first creation story of the Bible, God creates the universe by speaking into the void. God’s words bring light, sky and all visible and physical aspects of the world into being.

With this as my model, I use my words intentionally to create a life of meaning and purpose. I create harmony in my home, workplace and community by mindfully choosing my words. If I am tempted to complain or blame, I turn within. In the Silence, I affirm the light of God in the situation. A new way of being emerges.

My creative power is reflected in my words, so I choose them carefully. I affirm abundance, wholeness and peace.

God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And there was evening and there was morning, the first day.—Genesis 1:5

LIVE SIMPLY

I live simply by setting my mind on Spirit.

The world seems more complex every day, and though I can't simplify society, I can simplify my own life. As I focus on Spirit, the complicated becomes more clear. Trouble does not disturb me when I am aware of Spirit's simple solutions. The answers are within.

I live simply, allowing God's gentle presence to work in and through me. I trust in the ever-present love and wisdom of the Divine.

When my mind is attuned to Spirit, I see the world from a higher perspective. Life's complexities dissolve. I relax, and time seems to slow down. I move gracefully through my days. Setting my sights on joy, my heart on love and my mind on peace, I live according to Spirit, simply and at ease.

Those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit.--Romans 8:5

The Pain and Joy of Motherhood  by Dr.James A. Lee 12/31/69 Not For Sale What is one of the greatest days for which there is no holiday? Out of all the special days; which one stirs the greatest sense of joy and pain between the question of death vs. the living? What day brings tremendous joy and love that can barely be expressed? The mothers of the world are perhaps the only people on Earth to understand the depths of motherhood. Jesus understood that His mother Mary was blessed among all women. At the cross, Jesus did not want His mother to weep for Him, but for the children of the future, so that they were to endure the hardships ahead. The mothers were the only ones to stand firmly with Jesus as he died on the cross. Sure John was was there, but what happened to the the other disciples? Motherhood has changed so dramatically today because of the social economic conditions. Women are often facing single parent status; bread-winner, and standard barer for society. The Christian Faith is generally dominated by mothers. There are so many mothers that have moved on to glory. We pray for their souls and praise God and thank God for the gift of love we had in this life. Jesus knew that the times in which we live will be a real challenge. However, Jesus understood the absolute power of faith. Jesus died in the cross to save us from sin. God raised Jesus from the grave where he first appeared to the women/mothers to care for his anointing. But He was risen. My mother is alive but barely. This mother's day is one of joy and pain. The Joy of Jesus is the true gift of motherhood. Blessed is the fruit of thy womb. Happy Mother's Day to all God's Children.... .
