Mark 16:1-20 "And when the sabbath was past ,..." KJV - Online Bible Study

Mark 16:1-20 "And when the sabbath was past ,..." KJV - Online Bible Study
1 And when the sabbath was past , Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him. 2 And very early in the morningthe first day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun. 3 And they saidamong themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulchre? 4 And when they looked , they saw that the stone was rolled away : for it was very great. 5 And entering intothe sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; andthey were affrighted . 6 And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted : Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified : he is risen ; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him. 7 But go your way , tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him,as he said unto you. 8 And they went out quickly, and fled from the sepulchre; for they trembledand were amazed: neither said they any thing to any man; for they were afraid . 9 Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils. 10 And she went and told them that had been with him, as they mournedand wept . 11 And they, when they had heard that he was alive , and had been seen of her, believed not . 12 After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked , andwent into the country. 13 And they went and told it unto the residue: neither believed they them.14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat , and upbraided them with theirunbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he wasrisen . 15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to everycreature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved ; but he that believeth not shall bedamned . 17 And these signs shall follow them that believe ; In my name shall they cast out devils;they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadlything, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. 19 So thenafter the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right handof God. 20 And they went forth , and preached every where, the Lord working with them, andconfirming the word with signs following . Amen.

GUIDANCE
Spirit inspires my decisions.

Athletes have coaches who train them on skills and technique. Actors have directors to guide their movements on stage. Cars have global positioning devices that give driving directions. These are all useful aids when external guidance is needed.

When I am making a decision, choosing a path, or finding my way out of difficulty, I rely on my inner guidance system--the light of Spirit within me. Subtle thoughts or flashes of inspiration are cues from my Divine Director. I listen to my heart and trust the signals I receive. I open my eyes to the Light so that I may clearly see my options. Divine guidance is free and unwavering. It leads me on the path to happiness and fulfillment.

In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. --Proverbs 3:6

And they that were crucified with him reviled him. 33 And when the sixth hour wascome , there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour. 34 And at the ninth hourJesus cried with a loud voice, saying , Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is , being interpreted ,My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? 35 And some of them that stood by , when theyheard it, said , Behold , he calleth Elias. 36 And one ran and filled a spunge full of vinegar, andput it on a reed, and gave him to drink , saying , Let alone ; let us see whether Elias will come totake him down . 37 And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the ghost . 38 And the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom. 39 And when the centurion, which stoodover against him, saw that he so cried out , and gave up the ghost , he said , Truly this man wasthe Son of God. 40 There were also women looking on afar off: among whom was MaryMagdalene, and Mary the mother of James the less and of Joses, and Salome; 41 (Who also, when he was in Galilee, followed him, and ministered unto him;) and many other women whichcame up with him unto Jerusalem. 42 And now when the even was come , because it was thepreparation, that is , the day before the sabbath, 43 Joseph of Arimathaea, an honourablecounsellor, which also waited for the kingdom of God, came , and went in boldly unto Pilate, andcraved the body of Jesus. 44 And Pilate marvelled if he were already dead : and calling unto him the centurion, he asked him whether he had been any while dead . 45 And when he knew it of thecenturion, he gave the body to Joseph. 46 And he bought fine linen, and took him down , andwrapped him in the linen, and laid him in a sepulchre which was hewn out of a rock, and rolled astone unto the door of the sepulchre. 47 And Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Josesbeheld where he was laid .

Mark 15:1-20 "And straightway in the morning the chief priests..." KJV - Online Bible Study

Mark 15:1-20 "And straightway in the morning the chief priests..." KJV - Online Bible Study And straightway in the morning the chief priests held a consultation with the elders and scribesand the whole council, and bound Jesus, and carried him away , and delivered him to Pilate. 2And Pilate asked him, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answering said unto him, Thou sayestit. 3 And the chief priests accused him of many things: but he answered nothing. 4 And Pilateasked him again, saying , Answerest thou nothing ? behold how many things they witness againstthee. 5 But Jesus yet answered nothing; so that Pilate marvelled . 6 Now at that feast he releasedunto them one prisoner, whomsoever they desired . 7 And there was one named Barabbas, which lay bound with them that had made insurrection with him, who had committed murder in theinsurrection. 8 And the multitude crying aloud began to desire him to do as he had ever done untothem. 9 But Pilate answered them, saying , Will ye that I release unto you the King of the Jews?10 For he knew that the chief priests had delivered him for envy. 11 But the chief priests movedthe people, that he should rather release Barabbas unto them. 12 And Pilate answered and saidagain unto them, What will ye then that I shall do unto him whom ye call the King of the Jews? 13And they cried out again, Crucify him. 14 Then Pilate said unto them, Why, what evil hath he done? And they cried out the more exceedingly, Crucify him. 15 And so Pilate, willing to content thepeople, released Barabbas unto them, and delivered Jesus, when he had scourged him, to becrucified . 16 And the soldiers led him away into the hall, called Praetorium; and they call togetherthe whole band. 17 And they clothed him with purple, and platted a crown of thorns, and put itabout his head, 18 And began to salute him, Hail , King of the Jews! 19 And they smote him on the head with a reed, and did spit upon him, and bowing their knees worshipped him. 20 Andwhen they had mocked him, they took off the purple from him, and put his own clothes on him, andled him out to crucify him.

HARMONY
In God-love I generate harmony with all people and all creation.

Living in harmony with the world requires recognition of every person's inherent worth and value. While divisions in the outer world exist, harmony and love are our true nature. In Truth, we are one.

As I seek ways to balance my own needs with the needs of others, I turn within to the love of God. Divine Love adjusts, harmonizes, unifies and satisfies. As I become an expression of God-love, my interactions with others are blessed and in harmony.

By consciously allowing love to be expressed in everything I think, say and do, I become harmony in action. The love of God flows in and through me, generating harmony with all people and all creation.

Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.--Colossians 3:14
