Emerging - Friday, March 14, 2014 | Daily Word

LIFE EMERGES FROM WITHIN IN PERFECT ORDER.
On the branch of a cherry tree, swelling buds are ready to burst into blossom in perfect order. In much the same way, I am growing and emerging into what I am created to be. I am filled with life and great expectations!
Each life experience is an occasion for me to learn and grow, to discover that which is within me, ready to bloom. With gratitude, I bless the countless opportunities I have to grow in health, relationships, and spiritual awareness, and to express myself more fully and completely. Through me, God’s perfect order finds expression.
I listen carefully to my inner voice of wisdom and embrace each new opportunity as it unfolds in perfect divine order.

For God alone my soul waits in silence, for my hope is from him.—Psalm 62:5

Potential - Thursday, March 13, 2014 | Daily Word

MY LIFE REFLECTS THE POWER OF GOD IN ME.
We are human in form, divine in expression, and limitless in potential. If I ever think I am unworthy or not good enough, I replace those thoughts with the truth of my innate perfection.
I am a whole and unique expression of God. As I affirm this truth, I am filled with renewed strength and energy. I claim my divine nature, knowing that because I am made in the image and likeness of God, I am inherently good and worthy. My actions reflect a quiet confidence in the presence of God in me.
I am a spiritual being having a human experience. My life is a continual unfoldment of my divine potential.

They are to do good, to be rich in good works, generous, and ready to share … so that they may take hold of the life that really is life.—1 Timothy 6:18-19

Forgive - Wednesday, March 12, 2014 | Daily Word

I FIND PEACE THROUGH FORGIVENESS.
After feeling hurt or wronged by another person, I may wonder, “How could they do that?” When I am upset, I may seek answers, believing answers will ease my pain. Yet peace comes not through logic or reason, but through spiritual understanding. While I may never know how or why something happened, I can always find peace through forgiveness.
Shifting my awareness from the situation, softly breathing in Spirit, I focus on my heart space. I ask my Higher Power for understanding. As I release defensiveness or blame, the healing love of God frees me and all concerned from this experience.
I choose to forgive and my mind and heart are at peace.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and put a new and right spirit within me.—Psalm 51:10

Pray for Others - Tuesday, March 11, 2014 | Daily Word

I PRAY FOR OTHERS, KNOWING THEY ARE LOVED AND PROTECTED.
I hold my loved ones in prayer today remembering that, no matter what may be happening in their lives, they are divinely supported and their needs are met. The kingdom of God is their abundant supply.
There is only One Presence and One Power in the Universe—God the good. The power of God lives in each of us. I see my loved ones joyfully experiencing the power and presence of God in their lives.
As we walk through this life together, we each express the divine in our own unique way. Appreciating this truth, I send love to every living being on planet Earth.

I pray that you may have the power to comprehend, with all the saints, what is the breadth and length and height and depth … so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.—Ephesians 3:18-19

Brave - Monday, March 10, 2014 | Daily Word

I BRAVELY SURRENDER TO GOD’S WILL IN MY LIFE.
Bravery can mean acting boldly and fearlessly, but it can also mean trusting God’s will in my life even when I don’t know where that might lead. Like the skydiver who surrenders bravely to a free fall, as I trust in God, I am assured my parachute will open.
If I feel inner resistance, I am not discouraged. I meditate on the truth of God’s love and have faith. Releasing my concern, I remember all the times I resisted a situation that later yielded good results.
I audaciously surrender to the wisdom of God within me. I know there may be a free fall—a period of uncertainty—but as I let go and let God, I land safely in new territory.

Those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you.—Psalm 9:10

World Peace - Sunday, March 09, 2014 | Daily Word

I AM AN AMBASSADOR OF PEACE IN THE WORLD.
Ambassadors of peace practice love, kindness, and patience. Because I know the way I view others affects my interactions with them, I focus on the peace and presence of God in each person I meet. My thoughts, words, and actions reflect the love of God within.
In meditation, I center my thoughts on peace. I move consciously toward being a peaceful presence in the world as I fully embrace this divine power.
I may not be in a position of worldly power, but I have the power of love within me. Love is uplifting. Love fosters harmony and peace. I am an ambassador of peace, making a difference in the world through conscious acts of loving-kindness.

Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.—Psalm 34:14
